Complete Your Writing in 10 Minutes. I don't want to spend more than 10 minutes a day writing one article. I spent no more than 10 minutes writing this article.

I realize Internet marketing is supported by content, and content is king. But when I have a daily schedule for posting and business to run, I don't have time to spend time polishing every blog post or writing 1,000 word articles.

Writing quickly does not mean compromising on writing well. I have five tips for getting you out of the composition box in ten minutes - without sacrificing quality.

1. Make a list of ideas.

When inspiring to make a post, record it into a notebook or word file. For many bloggers and content creators, searching for topics to write takes half the time. Saving a list of ideas allows you to jump to new posts quickly when you are ready to write.

2. Make your idea hatch.

If you try to force yourself to come by providing supporting information for your brilliant idea, it will take a long time. However, let the topic last for several days, and you can add new ideas when they appear to you - and when you are ready to write, you already have all the supporting info you need.

3. Edit before starting

You may have twice as many ideas that you need at this time, so this is the time to be brutal. Cut any supporting ideas that do not match the main topic of the article. Remember, we talked about writing articles in ten minutes, not epic. You can always use ideas that you don't need for your next post.

4. Use bullet points

Key points, or numbered points such as "5 Ways to Get More Customers", can make article writing much simpler in terms of organization because you no longer have to think about transitioning from one idea to the next. A big side benefit is that readers like the list; they are easier for the eye to follow.

5. Write briefly

If you want to complete the article in 10 minutes, try saving it under 500 words. Don't feel like you're skimping on quality, good content: this article is only about 500 words but it's a collection of information. Make each word count and you will save time without allowing quality slips.

Additional Tips Only If needed

You can come back later

If you find that you are stuck, don't try to force the words to come. Save articles and do others for a while. If inspiration strikes, open the document again. You can even switch from one blog post to another, spending a few minutes on each of them as ideas come to you. This is a huge time saver.

Take out your good idea. Don't keep it

It's tempting, when you look at your list of ideas, to save the best for later because you think they will be easier to write. Save your time now. Do articles that you know will come easily and take advantage of that time.

Follow these simple steps and you will soon be heading for a brilliant article in no time. Share some tips on writing your favorite articles in the comments!
